12A and 80G:tax registration for charities.

A charity's income is only tax-free once it is registered with the tax department (the familiar 12A), and donors only get a deduction once it has 80G. New organisations start with provisional registration for three years, then move to regular registration renewed every five. We apply and keep renewals on time.
