HUF Dissolution
Income Tax · HUF partition

HUF dissolution:partition done properly.

An HUF ends through a total partition: dividing all its assets among the members. For tax, the partition must be recognised by the tax officer, and partial partitions are ignored. Assets received on partition are generally not taxed, but carry the HUF's cost into later sales. Members in the UK add FEMA and UK points.
