A risk control matrixyour UK board can rely on.

A risk control matrix sets out, process by process, what can go wrong, which control stops it, who runs it and how it is evidenced. Indian law requires directors of companies to have adequate internal financial controls, and UK-listed groups now have to make a board declaration on material controls. We design, document and test the RCM for your Indian entity.

Why it matters in India and the UK.

UK-listed groups

Provision 29 of the UK Corporate Governance Code 2024 requires a board declaration on the effectiveness of material internal controls, for financial years from 1 January 2026.

A document that lists, for each process, the risks, the controls that address them, who performs them, how often and what evidence is kept.
The law requires directors to have adequate internal financial controls. An RCM is the standard way of documenting and testing them.
UK-listed groups must declare on the effectiveness of material controls. A tested RCM for Indian entities gives the board evidence for that declaration.
Yes. We test both design and operation, using samples and evidence, and report the results.
It depends on the number of processes and locations. A focused project for a mid-sized subsidiary often takes a few weeks.
