Tax Residency Certificatesfor India–UK treaty claims.

You cannot use the India–UK treaty without proving where you are tax resident. UK residents need a certificate of residence from HMRC and Form 41 in India; Indian residents need an Indian TRC to claim treaty benefits in the UK. We prepare the paperwork on both sides and get the certificate to the payer in time.
