Angel tax:abolished, but not forgotten.

Angel tax taxed premiums on shares issued above fair value. It was abolished for share issues from 1 April 2024, for all companies and investors. But earlier years can still be assessed, and FEMA pricing and valuations still apply when UK investors subscribe. We handle both.
