GST for foreign businessessupplying in India.

A UK company with no Indian office may still need Indian GST: for occasional supplies in India, such as exhibitions and projects, as a non-resident taxable person, or for online services to Indian consumers, as an OIDAR supplier. Often, though, the Indian customer pays under reverse charge and no registration is needed. We work out which applies.
