Appeal at theGST Appellate Tribunal.

The GST Appellate Tribunal (GSTAT) has been hearing appeals since September 2025. It is the last word on facts, so the appeal must be complete: grounds, evidence and a clear paper book. Appeals are filed online within three months, with a further 10% pre-deposit. We prepare, file and argue GSTAT appeals.
